Vida laboral (Informe de Vida Laboral)
What it is: The Informe de Vida Laboral is an official document issued by Spain's Social Security (Seguridad Social) showing your complete employment history registered in the Spanish system — every job, period of self-employment, unemployment, or contribution gap from your first registration to today.
What it is not: It is not something you apply for once and keep — you request it fresh each time it's needed, and it reflects your situation only up to that exact date.
Practical note: It is free to obtain and usually available instantly online.

- Log in to sede.seg-social.gob.es and download your informe instantly.
- If you can't access it online, call 901 50 20 50 or visit your nearest INSS office with your NIE and ID.
